GBPUSD moves toward 1.3022-28 top
The GBPUSD is not being left behind after the weaker US data. It has moved above the 1.2983 swing high form July 6th and is pushing toward the turn of the month highs at 1.3022-1.30287. There are a number of highs in that area (see yellow area on the hourly chart below).
The level should give a pause to the rally with close support now at the natural 1.3000 level and then the 1.2983 high from July 6th. That level initially stalled the rise today but subsequently broke higher.
